Terms of Service

By accessing or using MostRent (website, web application, APIs, and associated mobile services), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an organization on behalf of a company, property management firm, or partnership, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MostRent immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or breach of security.

MostRent SaaS tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to the selected plan and unit capacity. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the organization billing panel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by statutory consumer law.

You agree to use MostRent solely for lawful residential and commercial real estate management. You must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code; (b) conduct vulnerability scanning or denial-of-service tests without authorization; (c) transmit fraudulent notices or malware; or (d) violate fair housing and local tenancy laws.

MostRent provides workflow software to draft leases, issue rent invoices, and track payments. MostRent is not a landlord, tenant, bank, escrow agent, or party to any lease agreement between landlords and tenants. All payments processed through third-party gateways are governed by the respective payment processor terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the property records, tenant data, photos, and files you upload to MostRent. MostRent retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, designs, algorithms, logos, and documentation that comprise the MostRent platform.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. MostRent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to settle outstanding subscription balances after written notice. Upon termination, users have 30 days to export their property and tenant records.

MostRent is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MostRent disclaims all implied warranties. In no event shall MostRent be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform usage or maintenance downtime.
